Holiday Update

I have taken quite the blogging break but I am back in the game. Here is what our holidays looked like: We chose to spend Christmas Day in Kansas. It was mellow but perfect. We didn't take many pictures because I lost our camera. So these first couple are taken on my phone. This was before we got a new camera for Christmas!

The kids, of course, loved opening presents. So fun to watch their reactions.

Then we traveled down to TX. Everyone was coming in hopes of getting an updated family picture. We had tons of fun and it was a good break.

All the sisters exchanged names and then we opened our gifts when we all got here.

Then we did some improntu couples shots. If I would have known I would not have both been in gray. Ah well, I think they are cute anyway.

We did  some fun New Years Eve things. First mom bought everyone a calendar. We laid them all out and we had to guess which one was for who.

Then we did some painting! We watched  a Bob Ross video and then tried to replicate it. It was so much fun.

Then we did our traditional New Years day bowling.

Then we had some girl time. Mom took us all to get pedicures. Rylee even got to go and had her own chair. She loved it and did so good.

We also made bottle rockets. We divided into teams to make them and then we tested them.

Overall a very good holiday and time well spent!!
