New Years Eve 2011

We went to a quick trip to Dallas after Christmas. The BYU bowl game was down there and then the next day was New Years Eve so we partied in Plano. We did a whole plethora of various activities while we were there.
Dad and Cole took me and mom out shooting. Can you guess who planned that date? It was fun except I totally look like a girl when I shoot. And I didn't even shoot a single clay pigeon. Not one. I mean I tried and aimed and all that but, yea, it didn't really work out for me. My mom even got some! But I did enjoyed watching Cole shoot :) He looked a little more manly than I did.

My family already had tickets to see Les Miserables that weekend and since we were kind of last minute in coming they hurried and found another ticket for me to go!  I love that play. It was so good.

The extra guy up there is Ciera's boyfriend. He also came that weekend to meet the family. They met because he has seen her band and noticed that she was cute. Then Ciera had a class with his twin sister--I think. Anyway he tracked her down with some help and now they are together. Here is my favorite picture of the two.

We had a really fun time. We also enjoyed family game nights and WONDERFULLY warm weather. The kids, as always, loved Mimi and Papa's house. Rylee could say Mimi and Papa this time so that was really cute to hear her say. I'll end with a couple random pictures from the weekend.
