BYU Blue

Today was BYU's homecoming weekend. Earlier this week Cole was moping that we were not there to celebrate it. He was also bummed that he could not go to one of the many places around Provo to get free pancakes (his favorite breakfast). So we decided to throw ourselves a Blue Day. Which means we wore blue all day, ate blue foods, and then ended the day by watching the football game. (We go over to another family's house to watch it). Here are a few shots of our Blue Day.

Blue Blueberry Pancakes

Blue egg salad sandwiches with Blue lumpy. The sandwiches were really blue although they look greenish. (Lumpy= yummy jello salad, a family favorite). I know it kind of looks repulsing but looks can be deceiving.

We made Blue snickerdoodles to take with us to the game.

Cade in Blue jammies and blue Binky. (I totally forget to get a picture of Cole and I in our Blue!)

We had a fun blue day.

how fun!! You celebrated more for BYU homecoming than we did! I love the blue foods. Kinda reminds me of when we make green pancakes for St. Patrick's Day!

Wow! You were so creative with all the blue foods you came up with. Thank goodness we won the game!

We want to know what a typical day is like in the life of a graduate student and a stay at home mom.... give us the juice!
